Wild Island Highcroft Gin

Wild Island High Croft (formerly known as Sacred Tree) Gin is made with carefully selected Autumn fruits, including brambles, and a 22-botanical blend to create an extraordinarily complex, ripe fruit, spicy-sweet modern London Dry style gin. The ancient Scots had a "holy tree" calendar, and the bramble vine was one of the trees that represented September. 

The fruits were harvested in September, and the distillers emphasise the bramble because of its distinctive flavour.
