Kinrara Highland Dry Gin

A juniper-forward dry gin with botanicals foraged and acquired locally. The rosehip and rowan berries are collected on the estate grounds. The botanicals are macerated for many hours throughout the distillation process.

Once the stills are filled, the distillers use a lengthy, slow distillation to determine the cut points based on flavour rather than yield, ensuring the best quality Highland Dry Scottish Gin.
