Hills & Harbour Smokey & Citrus Cocktail Gin

Our Hills & Harbour Gin is combined with burnt orange and smoked pineapple to make the world's first and only 40% abv distilled gin drink. We put days of graft and artistry into each recipe, utilising 100% fresh fruit.

We hand-smoke, flame, macerate, press, and distill the fresh flavours to make a full-strength cocktail. We like it over ice, shaken and strained martini style, or get creative with flavoured soda waters for a long serve.
