Hatozaki Blended Japanese Whisky

The Hatozaki mix is a blended whiskey from the Kaikyo Distillery that combines both malt and grain whiskies, including Japanese and international stocks. Hatozaki Lighthouse is Japan's oldest lighthouse, and the whiskey is named for it. The liquor is matured in various casks, including sherry, bourbon, and Mizunara oak, giving it a unique flavour character. Light, sweet malty scents mingle with additional cereal flavours and lemongrass. Fruity peach and banana tones emerge.
