This Glengoyne is delicate, fruity, and exceedingly drinkable, despite being completely unpeated (rare in the Highlands). This is a fantastic single malt! Lemon freshness, toffee apples, and a coconut aroma This paradise of flavours and rich, golden colour is made possible by hand-selected sherry barrels. It has the taste of Scotland's slowest distillation and our reliance on air-dried barley rather than peat.
